Compassionate and inclusive therapy in Honolulu
Engaging in therapy is a courageous act—one we often take when we recognize that we may need support while navigating both the beauty and the challenges life offers.
Some experiences can be difficult to face on our own. You may be going through a life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, living with physical pain, experiencing relationship difficulties, or processing grief or trauma. Whatever brings you here, you do not have to face it alone.
The ideal therapeutic experience is grounded in trust, non-judgment, and genuine care. As your therapist, I am committed to supporting you on this journey, helping you cultivate greater self-awareness, understanding, and compassion for yourself.
Marriage and Family Therapy offers a culturally sensitive perspective that helps us understand the dynamics of our families of origin, as well as how our environment and biological predispositions shape our experiences. I have had the honor of supporting families, couples, and individuals as they navigate complex relationships. My approach is collaborative and aims to deepen self-awareness while strengthening communication, connection, and compassion.
